1Terms:
1.1. These rules establish the internal procedures for staying in the Manhattan High Line apart hotel, the rules for using the property of the apartments, the scope and conditions of the services provided, and the responsibility of guests and apartments.
2Registration and departure:
2.1. When registering, you will need to present an identity document to complete the necessary documents.
2.2. Registration time - after 2:00 p.m. If you need to check in earlier or later, please let us know in advance.
2.3. Check-out time - until 12:00. If you need to stay later, please contact the hotel manager for more information.
3Conduct and Safety:
3.1. Please be respectful of other guests and staff in the apartment.
3.2. It is forbidden to cause noise and disturb other guests.
3.3. Be careful with personal belongings and valuables. The "Manhattan High Line apart" apartment is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
3.4. Smoking is prohibited in the apartments and in common areas, unless otherwise specified.
4Order in the rooms:
4.1. Please keep the apartments
clean and tidy 4.2. Pay attention to the rules regarding the use of bed linen and towels. If you need a change of bed linen or towels, please contact the apartment administrator or the contact phone number.
4.3. Please inform the administrator of any damages or problems that occur in the room during your stay.
4.4. Persons living in apartments are prohibited from:
• smoking in the room;
• damage hotel property (electrical appliances, furniture, bedding, textiles, towels, bathrobes, mini-bar products and other items that are part of the room);
• take with you the property of the hotel (bedding, textiles, towels, bathrobes, dishes, other items included in the equipment of the room);
• to store substances, materials, etc., which are dangerous to life and health, and things that can damage property;
• throw leftover food and other waste into the sewer;
• rearrange furniture without coordination with the hotel administration;
• use electronic heating devices that are not part of the room;
• during your absence, leave outsiders in the room without registering and warning the hotel administrator;
• disturb the peace of other guests by creating noise;
• openly carry any types of civilian, service, military weapons that hotel guests have, including when performing their official duties, as well as special equipment;
• transfer the number key to other persons.
4.5. Guests are obliged to comply with these Rules, if there is a repeated violation of these Rules, which may lead to material losses, as well as create inconvenience for other Guests, apartments "Manhattan High Line apart" has the right to refuse accommodation or evict such Guests.
5Services provided by the apartments:
5.1. The apartment provides basic services that are included in the price of accommodation, and additional services that are provided for a separate fee.
5.2. The main services include: providing a room for accommodation, cleaning rooms, calling an ambulance, using a first-aid kit,
5.3. The hotel in Kyiv accepts guests for accommodation 24 hours a day. A room for a certain number of seats is provided for use. Accommodation at the Manhattan Hotel for children up to 6 years of age, accompanied by adults, is free of charge: without providing an additional bed.
5.4. Current cleaning of the room (dust removal, garbage removal, washing of glasses and cups, bathroom cleaning, bed cleaning) are carried out at the request and need of the Guest.
5.5. Every time after the departure of guests, a full cleaning is carried out, namely: change of linen, towels, disinfection of bathrooms, vacuum cleaning of carpets, wiping of all surfaces.
5.6. Bed linen is changed at least once every three to four days and depends on the departure time of the room. At the request of the residents, an extraordinary change of towels or bed linen can be made.
5.7. General cleaning is carried out at least once a quarter (window cleaning, cleaning of carpets, soft furniture).
6Accommodation policy:
6.1. The hotel operates according to local time - 12:00 p.m. for check-out and check-in, subject to availability of rooms (seats), 2:00 p.m. for check-in.
6.2. Registration and check-in at the Hotel begins at 2:00 p.m. of the current day local time, and subject to the availability of free seats - from 12:00 p.m. of the current day.
6.3. Check-in before 2:00 p.m. provided depending on the availability of free rooms.
6.4. 3a early check-in in the period from 06.00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. a payment in the amount of 50% of the room price for one day is charged according to the tariff.
6.5. 3a early check-in between 00:00 and 06:00. a payment of 100% of the room price for one day is charged according to the tariff.
6.6. If the guest stays at the hotel for less than a day, the fee is charged for the full day, regardless of the estimated time and the estimated day.
6.7. Departure after 12:00 p.m. is an additional service and is provided depending on the availability of free rooms.
6.8. When leaving after the estimated time in the period from 12:00 p.m. until 10 p.m. the fee for this time is charged at the rate of 10% of the cost of accommodation for each hour.
6.9. When leaving after the estimated time in the period after 10:00 p.m. until 12:00 p.m. the next day, the fee for this time is charged in the amount of 100% of the room price for one day according to the tariff.
6.10. Termination of the Guest's stay at the Hotel. Refusal to settle.
6.11. Guests terminate their stay at the Hotel at the end of the term of the contract.
6.12. The guest has the right to terminate the contract for the provision of services at any time, subject to payment of the services actually provided.
6.13. If the guest repeatedly violates the internal rules of accommodation, which leads or may lead to material losses, or creates inconvenience for the accommodation of other guests, the "Manhattan High Line apart" apartment hotel has the right to refuse accommodation or terminate the contract (carry out an eviction).
6.14. The administrator has the right to refuse settlement in the following cases:
- the resident has no documents, the documents are invalid or expired, there are suspicions that the documents are forged;
- there is no payment for the room in the prescribed manner and in the required amount;
- the guest has an untidy, dirty appearance, he is in a drunken state, behaves inappropriately, aggressively;
- the guest refuses to comply with the internal rules of living in the Apartments (smoking, parking, etc.);
- in other cases provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.
In disputed cases, the issue is decided by the administration.
7Responsibility of the Hotel and Guests
7.1. In case of non-fulfillment of contractual obligations related to the provision of services in whole or in part, the guilty party must compensate the other party for the losses incurred in this connection.
7.2. The hotel must take measures to eliminate the shortcomings of the provided service within the time limit determined by the technical characteristics and the time limit for restoring the breakdown or service.
7.3. The hotel is responsible for keeping the guest's belongings in the room provided for accommodation, except for valuables (money, jewelry, securities, electronics, etc.).
7.4. In case of loss or damage of an item, the guest must immediately notify the Hotel. If the guest has not submitted his demands to the Hotel before the end of the stay, it is considered that his belongings were not lost or damaged.
7.5. In case of discovery of forgotten things, the Hotel is obliged to immediately notify the owner of the things, if he is known. Forgotten things are stored in the Hotel for 6 months, after which they are destroyed.
7.6. 3a The hotel is not responsible for the safety of guests' vehicles.
7.7. In the event of significant material damage to the Hotel due to the fault or negligence of the guests or their visitors, an act of the established model must be drawn up.
